Smart Parenting & Easy Diet is the first specialized nutrition and diet center for people of Bangladesh. The center is located at Gulshan 2, Dhaka. Our registered dietitians provide counseling services on pre and post pregnancy diet plan, fertility enhancement, weight management, PCOS, diet for lactating mothers, postpartum diet plan, gestational diabetes, anemia, thyroid in pregnancy, and hypertension etc. At our diet center, we provide value added features in our health packages, such as: multiple consultations with our registered maternal dietitians, free workshops, printed nutrition book, recipe book, healthy food hamper, and access to dietitians via whatsapp.
According to a research, The World Infertility Survey revealed that in South Asian Country 4% of couples in Bangladesh are infertile. In Bangladesh, pregnant women suffer a lot due to malnutrition. According to another survey, 37% of pregnant women and 30% of women 15–49 years of age are affected by anemia. The situation is alarming and that’s why we have launched a nutrition and diet center for pregnant women in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Our mission is to ensure Five- Star-Care and provide excellent solutions to our patients. Apart from dietitians, we also have expert physiotherapists who are knowledgeable enough in pregnancy related exercise, such as: yoga, stretching, and gym ball training etc. Moreover, they can also guide our patients for normal delivery. Furthermore, our diet center also provides separate gym facilities for pregnant women. The gym is well equipped and has various instruments, such as: cycling machine, gym mat for yoga, standing frame, vibrator machine for pain management, light dumbbells, and gym ball etc.
The nutrition center is also involved in digital media. We have a Facebook channel which has almost 97000+ followers. We create and publish nutrition related contents in this channel. All these video contents are created by our clinical dietitians. In addition, our diet clinic also has developed 70+ video contents published on our YouTube channel.

Our center is offering 3 types of packages: 1.5-month-package, 3-month-package and 6-month-package. The longer the package, the bigger the benefits. 6-month-package offers additional benefits, such as free workshops.
